Founded by the remarkable duo Dereck and Beverly Joubert, award-winning filmmakers, photographers, conservationists and National Geographic Explorers-at-Large, the Great Plains Foundation is truly a very special grassroots nonprofit making a direct impact on wildlife conservation.

The Foundation’s mission is to “conserve and expand natural habitats in Africa through innovative conservation initiatives with a long-term commitment to the environment, wildlife, and local communities.”
